How to correct an incorrect shipping address
If your order still has not been placed on our website you can edit your addresses by logging into your account and going to the address section.
If your order has been placed already but is still marked as pending, then please email us as soon as possible in an effort to notify us of the error or issue.
Once the order has been marked as complete it will be quite difficult to change the address as it has most likely left our facility and has been handed over to the courrier. In such cases the change of address must be dealt with between the customer and the courrier.
